Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, this shows you have read the terms and conditions fully and understood them and accept them.

Please read and double check all item descriptions, delivery times, postage costs to your country, return fees, sizes and colours before placing an order.

We have a no return/no refunds policy on stock clearance items (unless faulty).  Once stock clearance items/item is purchased, this indicated that you are fully aware of of our no refund policy on stock clearance items. The stock clearance items are clearly stated as “Stock Clearance” and on each item it shall state that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms,conditions and delivery terms of purchasing this particular item.

All of our items unless Stated otherwise or are SALE/CLEARANCE  items  are Handmade to order. Our waiting list for our handmade items can be up to 30  working days (6 weeks).  Even if an item has a “stock” quantity this does not mean the item is actually in stock ,it means it is available to order , we have to put a stock amount to allow you to order the item via our website .

We have a no returns policy on all our  items that are hand crafted / hand made or hand customised to order (Unless they are faulty upon receiving)  as these items are made to size upon ordering.
Even though the up-most care and attention has been taken to quality check your outfit please could all parents check the outfit for any materials e.g tacking pins that may have been missed before putting it on your child to wear .
Also any items that contain faux fur are recommended for over 12m only and anyone buying items for under 12m with fir do so at their own risk .

Faulty Items

If you believe that your item is faulty we will endeavour to sort any problem as soon as possible. We would need you to email us with your order details and details of any faults, we will then allow you to return the item for inspection to be repaired or replaced, or if still dissatisfied we will issue a full refund providing we have seen the faulty item and are satisfied these are faults not caused by the consumer, you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note your return items must be delivered to us within this time frame. Returns received beyond this period will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise. Conditions for return: items must be in brand new condition, with no signs of wear, with all original packaging. We do not accept items that have been damaged by wear and tear, altered or washed incorrectly.

Children’s items start from 0/3m up to Age 9y .. You can mix and match any style and fabric for a more unique touch (please just message us to do so ), ..

All our items are handmade with love and care , therefore each item needs to be well cared for and not used in an unintended manner..
Items incorporating any small bows or embellishments we recommend that these items are only suitable for children over 3 years old  . We replace these with larger more suitable bows .
Any item that has long fur trim we recommended that they are only suitable for children over 12m and any child under the age of 3 years must not be left unattended at anytime when wearing the item .

Hair accessories
For your little ones safety, please ensure hair bows are secured in their hair and never allow them to play with any bow unattended. Our bows are created with love and care, to be durable time after time and with your little one in mind. As with all things, if used in an unintended manner, some items might not be safe eg embellishments such as crystals and resins. Therefore we do not recommended that these items should not be intended for children under 3 years old ..




WARNING! This toy contains magnets or magnetic components. Magnets sticking together or becoming attached to a metallic object inside the human body can cause serious or fatal injury. Seek immediate medical help if magnets are swallowed or inhaled.

This is a collector’s item not recommend for children under 14 .Houses will well protected when posted out and sent via recorded and tracked postal service. We will provide you with an invoice once payment is received this will act as your reference if any problem should arise. Large houses will come flat packed for you to construct however if you would like to collect you may do so and in doing this we will fully assemble the house for you.

Houses contain small parts that may become loose due to small parts please provide adult supervision. All houses are made using nontoxic glues and odour reduced paint.

Returns policy all are products are handmade to order once made no return will be offered on these custom made products. However should the product arrive in a less than perfect condition please email us and are customer service will resolve the issue by refund or exchange. This will be dealt with at are discretion and we reserve the right to do. Defective or damaged items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund on the item. The Return product must be in all original packaging and be pre authorized by the seller. We cannot offer a refund on a product that has been misused and damage as a result off.

Crown Cot/Bed Canopy

*All of our crown’s are made of resin and they are very easy to use.
*You can even use them outside, a coat of clear varnish is all that is needed after painting to make these wonderful appliqués weatherproof.

*Also comes with a wire at the bottom for you to hang voile drapes from. You can easily remove this if not needed.

Please note: due to the nature of this item, the crowns may contain small air bubbles.


* Our Prams are sourced from a proprietary named manufacturer that specialises in high quality toys and games.

* All Prams are tested to stringent EN71 standard by Industry Experts and an independent institute.

* Fabrics are manufactured in compliance with the Directive 2005/84/EC and tested by the Trade Supervisory Office.

* It is recommended by the manufacturer that Pram products are suitable from 3 years and adult supervision is recommended at all times.

Table/Chairs and Rocking Chairs

* Our Table and Chairs are sourced from proprietary named manufacturers and here at Chic 2 Chic Boutique we design and create a beautiful & bespoke finished product.

* Lettering and embellishments are attached with extra strong wood glue, but CARE should be taken to avoid excessive knocks.


* All paints used are from reputable UK Paint Suppliers, are water based and are low in Volatile Organic Compounds and suitable for indoor home use.

Safety Testing

All “Legler” products, both those which we have been developed or bought in from other suppliers, are tested three times over by our experts:
1. All our toys & games naturally meet the stringent European requirements of standard EN 71 – we provide a separate conformity declaration for every single product.
2. The tests of our own quality experts here in Germany go considerably further: If something does not meet our specifications that are based on our many years of experience with regard to child-friendly function and safety, it is not included in our range of products.
3. The toys & games are additionally tested by an independent institute.


For us wood is the best material for toys due to its wonderful properties. In addition it is a regenerative and sustainable raw material – our robust toys & games are often passed down for many generations. We use high-quality wood from natural reforestation projects to manufacture our wooden toys.

All paints and varnishes used in the manufacture of our toys & games are all water-based. It goes without saying that softeners are not used.

Fabric & plastics
In addition to our wide range of wooden toys we also sell products made of fabric and plastic. This are manufactured in compliance with the Directive 2005/84/EC “Restrictions on the marketing and use of certain dangerous substances and preparations”. All our products made of fabric and/or plastic are tested by the Trade Supervisory Office for hazardous content and meet all strict regulations. All amendments to this Directive are always incorporated and complied with.

Please note all deposits are completely NON REFUNDABLE on payment plans. All payment plan orders follow the same terms and conditions stated on this page.

How much is delivery to the UK and international?

Our standard delivery charge to the UK is £4.99

International postage  £14.99

Ireland £9.99

The correct delivery option must be placed accordingly or this will cause delays in receiving your items.

All of our items that are dispatched are sent by Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class Recorded.

Once the items have been signed for, in the unlikely case that the item is faulty and  you wish to return your item, all items must be returned in the original packaging and condition they were dispatched. We allow 5 working days for the items to arrive back to us. We do ask that an email is sent to us with all the relevant information regarding your order, also a written document with all the  relevant information placed inside the returning package as to the reasons why they were returned.  No refunds shall be given until we have received the returned item and have checked its condition for any damage or wear.

We have a no returns policy on items that are hand crafted as these items are made to size upon ordering.

The buyer is responsible and held for all postage costs on returning an item. The buyer will not be reimbursed any postage fees on returning an item to us.

Important: Most of our items take up to 30 working days to be delivered due to them being handmade to order.
